Stuffed French Toast


Unsliced french bread loaf 1
Milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Eggs 2
Nutella 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (as needed)
Vanilla extarct 1/4 Teaspoon
Butter 4 Tablespoon (more or less as needed)
Powdered sugar To Taste
Pomegranate seeds 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (small handful)



1. In a bowl, whisk together egg, vanilla, and milk. Set it aside.

2. Cut bread into slices, about 1 ½-inch or 2-inch thick.

3. Make a pocket in the center of each bread slice as shown in the video.

4. Spread 2 tablespoon of nutella into each bread pocket.

5. Dip both sides of the bread into the egg mixture.

6. Place it in a hot saute pan with melted butter. Cook until golden brown on both sides.


7. Sprinkle powdered sugar and top it with pomegranate seeds.


8. Serve and enjoy!
