Egg whites 3
Vanilla extarct 1 Teaspoon
Flour 25 Gram
Almonds flour 100 Gram
Splenda 4 Tablespoon
Low fat spread 75 Gram , melted
Cooking spray 2 Dash
Raspberries 100 Gram
Almonds 2 Tablespoon , sliced



1. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees C. Grease the small muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside.


2. In a large bowl add in the egg white and vanilla extract. Beat until fluffy and set aside.

3. In another bowl add in the flour, almond flour, splenda and low fat spread. Mix all the ingredients well.

4. Add the egg whites mixture to the flour mixture and fold.

5. Spoon out the batter into the prepared muffin tins carefully. Top with 3 raspberries each to muffins, followed by the almonds.

6. Bake for 12 minutes at 200 degrees C.


7. Sprinkle the splenda over the friands and serve with tea or coffee.
