Apricot Souffle Omelette

Apricots 6 Ounce (1 Small Can)
Eggs 2
Castor sugar 12 Milliliter (1 Dessertspoon)
Cold water 2 Teaspoon
Butter 1/2 Ounce



1) In a pan, heat the apricots in the syrup.

2) Separate the eggs.

3) In a bowl, mix sugar to yolks and about half egg shell water. Beat until creamy.

4) Then, whisk the whites until stiff peaks form.

5) Add yolks and whites and mix together.

6) In an omelette pan, heat butter and add egg mixture.

7) Cook until golden brown underside. And then, put the pan under hot grill to brown the top.

8) Put the omelette in a hot serving dish and then place hot apricots at the centre and fold it in half.


9) Serve Apricot Souffle Omelette hot.
