Ingredients

Skimmed milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Egg whites 4
Whole wheat bread slice 4
Low fat yogurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1) Mix together the milk and the egg whites

2) Dip the bread slices till soaked in the mixture

3) Onto a frying non stick pan set over medium heat, fry the slices till evenly browned on both sides

SERVING

4) Serve the slices warm with yogurt
