Mushrooms Au Gratin

Ingredients

Mushrooms 1 Pound
Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
Sour cream 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Pepper To Taste
All purpose flour
Chopped parsley 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Shredded swiss cheese 2 Ounce (Mild Cheese, 1/2 Ounce)

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Wash the mushrooms and pat them dry completely.

2) Cut the mushrooms into 1/4 inch thick slices.

MAKING

3) Take a pan and heat butter on medium heat.

4) Add the mushrooms and saute for few minutes to make them brown.

5) Cover the pan and cook for another 2 minutes till you see the juices in pan.

6) Mix the sour cream along with salt, pepper and flour. Add this to mushrooms and boil the mixture.

7) Take away the pan from heat and pour in a heatproof dish.

8) Sprinkle the cheese over it and bake for 10 mins

SERVING

9) Serve hot
