Tapenade Using Anchovy Paste

Ingredients

Black olives 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) , cured in oil, drained, pitted
Capers 2 Tablespoon
Anchovy paste/Minced anchovy 1 Teaspoon
Canned tuna 7 Ounce , drained (1 Can)
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
Dry mustard 1/2 Teaspoon
Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Fresh basil leaves/2 tablespoon minced basil 20 , minced
Freshly ground black pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING

1) In a blender or food processor with steel blade, add all the ingredients.

2) Process the ingredients to a smooth paste.

3) In a bowl, transfer the mix and cover.

SERVING

4) Serve the mixture as a spread on thinly sliced French bread or black bread.
