Crab Au Gratin

Ingredients

Sliced mushrooms 1/4 Pound (1 Cup)
Chopped onions 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Crushed marjoram 1/4 Teaspoon
Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
Condensed cream of celery soup 10 3/4 Ounce (1 Can)
Sherry 1 Tablespoon
Canned crab 7 Ounce , drained and flaked (1 Can)
Shredded swiss cheese 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Paprika To Taste

Directions

MAKING

1. In a saucepan add butter and cook onion with marjoram. Brown the mushrooms till they get tender.

2. Add crab meat, sherry and soup.

3. Heat the mixture while stirring occasionally.

FINALIZING

4. Fill the baking dish or seashells with the cooked mixture.

5. Add or sprinkle paprika and cheese as its topping.

6. Broil till the cheese starts melting.

SERVING

7. Serve crab au gratin with wine and cheese.
