Broiled Lobster Tails Au Gratin

Lobster tails 8 Pound (4 Tails, 2 Pound Each)
Sliced green onions 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Crushed chervil 1/4 Teaspoon
Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
Condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 3/4 Ounce (1 Can)
Sour cream 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



1. Boil water and cook the lobster tails in it for 10 minutes or till it gets done.

2. Remove from the heat and cut the tails into 1 inch pieces. Do not remove or break the shells.

3. In a saucepan add butter and cook onions with chervil, till they get tender.

4. Stir in sour cream, lobster and soup.

5. Heat the mixture and keep stirring continuously.


6. Spoon the cooked lobster mixture into the shells one by one.

7. Sprinkle cheese as its topping.

8. Broil at leat 5 inches from the heat, till the cheese starts to melt.


9. Serve lobster tails au gratin with chilled wine.
