Strawberry Pecan Crepe Rolls

Ingredients

Plain non fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Ground pecans 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Honey 2 Tablespoon
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Brandy extract 1/2 Teaspoon
Crepes 16 (Diet, Readymade)
Strawberry sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1 In a small bowl, combine yogurt, pecans, honey, and extracts.

2 Spread the crepes with the mixture within 1/4 inch of the edges.

3 Neatly fold the crepes into fourths.

4 Place in the refrigerator and chill.

SERVING

5 Serve each pancake topped with 1 tablespoon of the sauce.
