Green Mousseline Sauce

Ingredients

Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Bechamel sauce 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cooked spinach 2 Tablespoon , pureed
Dried tarragon 1 Pinch
Hard cooked egg yolks 2 , mashed
Anchovy paste 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1.Combine Sauce Bechamel, mayonnaise, spinach, tarragon, egg yolks and anchovy paste well.

2.Blend all the ingredients well and refrigerate.

SERVING

3.Serve with meat
