|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soft bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated nutmeg||1 Pinch|
Preheat oven to 375°.
Peel and chop onion and place in a shallow ovenproof dish with half the parsley and the fish steaks.
Season with salt and pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
Sprinkle the lemon juice over the fish and dot with butter.
Mix the cheese with the bread crumbs and remaining parsley.
Sprinkle over the fish.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and baste with liquid in dish.
Bake for another 10 minutes until topping is golden.
Serve immediately with baked potatoes.
