Chocolate Souffle With Creme De Cacao

Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon (2 Envelopes)
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Creme de cacao 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Brown sugar 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Semi sweet chocolate 10 Ounce (1 Package)
Semi sweet chocolate
Bitter cocoa 1 Tablespoon
Eggs 6 , separated
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Heavy cream 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) , whipped


Put a 2-inch waxed paper collar around a 2-quart souffle dish.

Set aside.

Mix gelatin, water, creme de cacao and 1/2 cup sugar over low heat.

Stir constantly until gelatin and sugar dissolve.

Add chocolate and cocoa.

Stir until melted.

Remove from heat.

Beat in egg yolks, one at a time.


Add salt to egg whites.

Beat until stiff.

Gradually beat in remaining sugar.

Continue beating until very stiff.

Fold egg whites into gelatin mixture.

Fold in whipped cream.

Turn into prepared souffle dish.

Chill for several hours
