Chicken In A Pot

Ingredients

Carrots 2 , sliced
Onions 2 , sliced
Celery ribs 2 , cut into pieces
Chicken 3 Pound
Salt 2 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Dried basil 1 Teaspoon
Water/Chicken broth / white cooking wine 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1) In a slow cooker, add vegetables, then chicken on top, pour water and seasoning.

2) Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 5 hours.

SERVING

3) Use to prepare chicken noodle or chicken vegetable.
