Cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 Package)
Cottage cheese 8 Ounce (1 Cup)
Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Whipping)
10x confectioners' powdered sugar 2 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Pinch
Strawberries 3 Cup (48 tbs) , washed (Unhulled)
Soda crackers 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Crisp)



1 In a medium size bowl,let the cream cheese soften at room temperature.

2 Put the cottage cheese through a sieve into the same bowl and gradually blend in cream, 10X sugar and salt until creamy-smooth.Chill for 1 hour.

3 Line six individual heart-shape molds with a wet double-thick cheesecloth.

4 Pack with the cheese mixture;fold the edges of cloth over tops and turn the molds upside down on a wire rack set in a shallow pan to catch any liquid; chill overnight.

5 Unmold onto serving plates and remove the cheesecloth.


6 Serve surrounded with whole or cut strawberries and crisp crackers.
