Crepe Suzette With Orange Syrup

Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Egg 1
Melted butter 1 Tablespoon


Mix and sift flour, salt, baking powder and sugar; add milk, well-beaten egg, and butter; mix well.

Drop by small spoonfuls on hot griddle, greased well with oil.

Brown both sides; roll while hot.

Place in little deep dishes and serve with Orange Syrup poured over them
