Ingredients

Strawberry ice cream 750 Milliliter
Dessert crepes 12 (Crepe Batter)
Sabayon 500 Milliliter
Curacao liqueur 60 Milliliter

Directions

Scoop the ice cream over the crepes, then roll.

Blend the sabayon sauce with the liqueur.

Pour over the crepes and serve.
