Ingredients

Bechamel sauce 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon , grated
Grated swiss cheese/Cheddar cheese 1 Tablespoon
Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon

Directions

Prepare the bechamel sauce and keep it over a low heat.

Add the cheeses and stir constantly as they melt.

Then add the butter, stir well and use immediately with vegetables, pancakes or pasta.
