Easy Cook Along Ratatouille

The easy Ratatouille cook-a-long is really quick and simple. Simply get all the ingredients together and place inside oven to roast. Your dinner will be ready by the time you are just ready for it.

Ingredients

Onion 1 , cubed
Potato 1 , cubed
Courgette 1 , cubed
Aubergine 1 , cubed
Red peppers 2 , cubed
Tomatoes 4 , halved
Tomato puree 2 Tablespoon
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Rosemary sprigs 10 Gram

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees C.

MAKING

2. In a baking pan add in all the vegetables, tomato puree and olive oil. Mix well and top with the rosemary sprigs.

3. Bake in oven for 35 minutes, stirring half way between.

SERVING

4. Serve Ratatouille with garlic bread and enjoy!
