Learn how to make simple Garlic Aioli. You can make Garlic Aioli in no time. It is simple to make, and it tastes delicious. If you are concerned about consuming raw eggs consider using eggs that have been pasteurized.


Egg yolk 1
Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
Dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon
Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) , chopped finely (about 2 teaspoons)
Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon



In a bowl, combine egg yolk, vinegar, Dijon mustard, and whisk well.

Add vegetable oil slowly and stir continuously.

Add garlic, black pepper, salt and mix well.

Chill for 2 hours before serving.



Serve and enjoy!
