MAKING
1. In a bowl, add egg whites, cream of tartar, and vanilla extract.
2. Using an egg whisk or a hand mixer, start blending on medium speed.
3. Gradually start adding sugar to the eggs and continue whisking on high speed until soft, glossy peaks form.
