Smooth yogurt with berries and just a touch of honey are exactly what I'm craving during this pregnancy. Don't worry, kids and daddy can eat this delicious treat, too.
Plain yogurt | 6 Tablespoon | |
Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
Berries | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries) |
MAKING
In a mason jar, place 2 tablespoons plain yogurt, drizzle with honey, top with berries and repeat 3 times finishing with berries on top.
SERVING
Serve as dessert.
