Waffles are everyones favourite and kids enjoy them in particular. Why not make your very own this weekend? Try this recipe for awesome results.


All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
Whole milk 1 3/4 Cup (28 tbs)
Egg 2
Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Almond extract 1/4 Teaspoon



1. Preheat waffle iron.



2. In a bowl, combine together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.

3. In another bowl add milk, eggs and vegetable oil, vanilla and almond extract, whisk together until smooth.

4.  Add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until incorporated.

5.  Spoon in small portion of the mixture onto the waffle iron and cook as per your waffle iron instructions.



6. Serve with maple syrup.
