Crepes are much easier to make than you think and can be filled with either savory or sweet fillings for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert!

Flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Milk | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
Water | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Vanilla | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Butter | 2 Tablespoon , melted | |

GETTING READY
In a blender, add in all the ingredients and puree. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
MAKING
Heat a crêpe pan on medium flame and grease with butter. Pour in 2 tbsp. of batter and swirl to cover the pan. Cook for 1 minute, flip and continue to cook another 30 seconds or until just starting to become golden.
Spread some nutella over the crepe or apple butter, almond butter, mashed bananas, fruit preserves or any other favorite filling.
SERVING
4. Serve crepe with some fresh fruit juice.
