Homemade Egg Replace Powder -Vegan and Gluten Free

3 tsp Egg replace powder 3 tbsp luke warm water 1 egg
Whisk until foamy and ready to use in recipes.


Cornstarch/Potato starch 2 Tablespoon
Tapioca starch 1 Tablespoon
Besan/Soy protein powder 1 Tablespoon
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Baking soda 1/2 Teaspoon
Cream of tartar 1/4 Pinch (or pinch of citric acid)



In a bowl, add in all the ingredients and whisk well. Store in an airtight container.



Use this in cake or pastries instead of eggs and enjoy.
