Trevalla fish is Chef Belucci's favorite. It will be served with mustard and sesame seed seasoning. Mustard has a quality of giving different grades of hotness when mixed with water, wine and beer. It has a wonderful taste. Ready in few minutes. Just needs bit of stir frying.
|Trevalla||400 Gram , fillet|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|French mustard||1 Teaspoon (For the Sauce)|
|Sesame seed||1 Teaspoon (For the Sauce)|
|Mustard cres||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (For the Sauce)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For the Sauce)|
1. Marinate the fish with salt, lemon juice for 5 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Dust fish in flour and fry it until lightly brown.
4. Pour the mustard and sesame seed sauce into the pan.
5. Add some mustard cress.
6. Dish out on a dinner plate and serve it hot. Accompany with lemon wedges if you like.
