Trevalla fish is Chef Belucci's favorite. It will be served with mustard and sesame seed seasoning. Mustard has a quality of giving different grades of hotness when mixed with water, wine and beer. It has a wonderful taste. Ready in few minutes. Just needs bit of stir frying.

Ingredients

Trevalla 400 Gram , fillet
Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Flour 1 Tablespoon
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
French mustard 1 Teaspoon (For the Sauce)
Sesame seed 1 Teaspoon (For the Sauce)
Mustard cres 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (For the Sauce)
Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For the Sauce)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Marinate the fish with salt, lemon juice for 5 minutes.

MAKING

2. Heat oil in a pan.

3. Dust fish in flour and fry it until lightly brown.

4. Pour the mustard and sesame seed sauce into the pan.

5. Add some mustard cress.

SERVING

6. Dish out on a dinner plate and serve it hot. Accompany with lemon wedges if you like.
