Grilled Fish Sandwiches

Ingredients

Reduced calorie mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
Onion 1 Tablespoon , minced
Dill pickle relish 2 Teaspoon
Prepared mustard 1/2 Teaspoon
Flounder fillets 3/4 Pound
Vegetable cooking spray 1
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
Paprika 1/8 Teaspoon
Lettuce leaves 3 (As Required)
Hamburger buns 4 , split and toasted
Tomato slices 4

Directions

GETTING READY

1) In a small bowl, add first 4 ingredients to combine well.

2) Cover and place inside refrigerator to chill.

3) Use the fillets to rinse with cold water. Pat dry with paper towel.

4) Cut the fillets in half along the width.

MAKING

5) Coat a wire grilling basket with cooking spray, and place the fillets on top.

6) In a small bowl, add lemon juice, Worcestershire, oil, and paprika.

7) Brush lemon juice mixture over fish in grilling basket.

8) Place the fish 6 inches over medium coals to grill for 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Frequently baste with remaining lemon juice mixture during grilling.

SERVING

9) Line each bun with one lettuce leaf and top with a fillet and tomato slice. Spread 1 Tablespoon reserved mayonnaise mixture on top of each bun. Cover with tops of buns before serving.
