Whole Fish Au Blue

Ingredients

Fish 2 1/2 Pound , cut into pieces (Fresh / Defrosted)
Vinegar 7 Teaspoon (5 Dessertspoon)
Water 10 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Parsley sprigs 4
Lemon 1/2 , sliced
Parsley 2 Teaspoon , chopped

Directions

GETTING READY

1. If using fresh fish, scale and clean the fish.

2. Rub fish with salt.

MAKING

3. In a large microwavable casserole, arrange the fish in a single layer.

4. Pour the vinegar and water over them.

5. Add parsley stalks for flavor.

6. Microwave the fish on HIGH for 6-7 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork. Turn the fish once, halfway through cooking time.

SERVING

7. Serve the fish, garnished with chopped parsley and accompanied by lemon wedges.
