Sweet Sour Fish Chunks

Ingredients

Mahi mahi/Swordfish 1 Pound
Shoyu 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Rice wine 1 Tablespoon
Sugar 3 Tablespoon
Ginger 1 Teaspoon , grated
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , grated
Eggs 2 , beaten with water
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Beating The Egg)
Breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs) (As Required)

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Dice fish into 1" x 1" pieces.

2) Marinate fish in rest of the ingredients for 4 hours or overnight.

MAKING

3) Coat fish chunks with breadcrumbs and then dip in beaten egg mixture.

4) Again coat with breadcrumbs and deep fry in hot oil.

SERVING

5) In a serving bowl, place fish chunks and pour sweet-sour sauce over it.

6) Serve at once.
