Ingredients

White fish fillets 2 Pound , skinned (900 Gram)
Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (for frying)
Fritter batter 425 Milliliter (1 3/4 Cups)

Directions

Dry the fish well on absorbent paper towels.

Heat the oil to 375°F (190°C).

Coat the fish with the batter and lower into the hot fat.

Fry for 5 minutes or until the fish is crisp and golden.
