This recipe for trout en papillote is an elegant way to serve fish. The presentation is so cute, in individually wrapped packages filled with fresh vegetables, delicious flaky trout in olive oil and white wine. Dont forget to serve with lemon wedges and a tasty glass of vino!
|Onions||1 , sliced|
|Red bell peppers||2 , sliced|
|Leeks||2 , sliced|
|Asparagus||5 , sliced|
|Yellow squash||1 , sliced|
|Kosher salt||2 Teaspoon|
|Dried italian seasoning||2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh cracked pepper||To Taste|
|Olive oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|White wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Preheat oven at 350F.
Assemble ingredients and fish over parchment paper as shown in the video.
Drizzle seasonings, olive oil and white wine and seal the edges.
Place on baking dish and pop into oven.
Bake for 25 minutes.
