Sardines | 3 3/4 Ounce (in water) | |
Whole wheat flour/Oat /rye /barley flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Dry milk | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Molasses | 1 Tablespoon |
GETTING READY:
1.Preheat oven to 350F.
2.Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
MAKING:
3.Drain sardines (reserve liquid) and mash using a fork in a bowl until smooth.
4.Add flour, dry milk, molasses, reserved liquid (optional) and mix well to get a smooth dough.
5.Drop teaspoons of mixture on lined baking sheet and flatten lightly.
6.Pop into oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until browned. Turn off oven and allow to cool.
7.Refrigerate for long term use.
