Frangipane Tart Filling

An easy classic almond tart filling for your next fruit tart.


Butter 125 Gram , softened
Caster sugar 125 Gram
Eggs 2
Ground almonds 125 Gram
Plain flour 1 Tablespoon



1. In a mixing bowl, whisk sugar and butter until pale and creamy.

2. Drop egg, scrape down the sides of bowl occasionally, and beat well.

3. Add almond and flour. Beat until just combined. Do not over mix.


4. Fill tart with frangipane, top it with your favorite fruit, bake, and serve with sour cream.
