Butter | 125 Gram , softened | |
Caster sugar | 125 Gram | |
Eggs | 2 | |
Ground almonds | 125 Gram | |
Plain flour | 1 Tablespoon |
MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk sugar and butter until pale and creamy.
2. Drop egg, scrape down the sides of bowl occasionally, and beat well.
3. Add almond and flour. Beat until just combined. Do not over mix.
SERVING
4. Fill tart with frangipane, top it with your favorite fruit, bake, and serve with sour cream.
