Fresh fruit juice 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (Pineapple Or Apple)
Arrowroot 5 Teaspoon
Fresh fruit 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Peaches, Plums, Or Strawberries)
Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon



1 In a pan add juice with arrowroot and heat until thickened.

2 Add sliced or diced fruits to the juice to the juice.

3 Sprinkle cinnamon for seasoning

4 Simmer until fruit is very soft. Let cool slightly.


5 Use the filling for delicious turnovers.
