Noodles 250 Gram (1 pack, flour noodles)
Pork 4 Ounce , thinly sliced
Chinese sausage 1 , sliced (1 piece)
Onion 1 Small , sliced
Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
Shrimp 10 Medium
Snap peas/Snow peas 12
Undefined 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Cabbage head 1 Small , chopped
Chicken broth 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Oyster sauce 1 Tablespoon (optional)
Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
Water 9 Cup (144 tbs) , divided
Chopped flat leaf parsley 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cooking oil 3 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Ice 2 Cup (32 tbs)



Combine ice and water in a large bowl and keep it aside.

In a cooking pot, boil water and blanch snap peas, carrot and cabbage (one by one) for 35 to 50 seconds. Remove vegetables and immerse in bowl with ice cold water. Drain the water after 2 minutes and set aside.

Heat cooking oil a wok. Saute onions and garlic in it. Add pork, sausage slices and cook for 2 minutes.

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and stir well.

Pour chicken broth, cup of water and allow to boil for 5 to 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add shrimp, parsley and cook for 3 minutes.

Add flour noodles and gently toss to absorb the liquid. Add blanched vegetables, toss and cook for 2 minutes.
