Ginataang Bilo bilo with Langka

Ginataang Bilo bilo is a dish made from coconut cream, glutinous rice balls, and ripe jack fruit.


Glutinous rice balls 25
Can ripe jackfruit 20 Ounce
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Coconut cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Granulated white sugar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Cooked sago 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)



1. In a pot, pour in water, allow to boil. Add in the coconut cream, allow to boil again.

2. Gradually stir in the sugar. Add the ripe jackfruit. Cover and cook in low heat for 15 minutes.

3. Add the rice balls, continue to cook for another 15 minutes while stirring every 3 minutes.

4. Add sago and cook for 5-8 minutes.


5. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve.
