Ginataang Langka with Pork

Ginataang Langka with Pork is a Filipino Recipe or Filipino dish that makes use of unripe jackfruit, pork, and coconut milk.

Ingredients

Unripe jackfruit 20 Ounce , chopped
Pork 10 Ounce , cubed
Coconut milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Chili pepper 4 , chopped (Optional)
Onion 1 Medium , sliced
Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon
Ground black pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

In a pan, heat the oil and add in the onion and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes.

Add in the pork and stir until medium brown.

Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes. Add water if needed.

Season with ground black pepper, chili, and fish sauce. Stir well.

Stir in the jackfruit and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.

SERVING

Serve the pork with steamed rice.
