Sardines with Misua and Patola

Sardines with Misua and Patola is a simple and budget-friendly soup dish that you can quickly prepare anytime. Enjoy!


Misua noodles 4 Ounce
Canned sardines in tomato sauce 15 Ounce
Patola 1 Medium , peeled and sliced
Chopped green onions 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Garlic head 1/2 , crushed
Onion 1 Medium , diced
Salt and pepper To Taste
Cooking oil 3 Tablespoon
Water 5 Cup (80 tbs) (4 to 5 cups)



In a soup pot, add in the oil and heat.

Add in the garlic and sauté until medium brown.

Stir in the onion and sauté until the texture becomes soft.

Pour in the sardines in tomato sauce. Stir cook for 2 minutes.

Put in the patola and cook for 1 minute. Pour in the water. Let boil. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.

Add in the misua gently stir. Cook for 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper and in the green onions.


Ladle the soup in a serving bowl and serve!
