Easy Calamari

Calamari rings 1 Pound (soaked in milk for 3 hours)
All purpose flour
Salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 2 Teaspoon
Dried parsley flakes 2 Teaspoon
Cooking oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
Lemon wedges 3



In a large bowl, combine together the flour, salt, garlic powder, and parsley flakes. Mix well and set aside.

In a wok, pour in the cooking oil and heat.

Drain the milk of the calamari and dredge the rings one-at-a-time on the flour mixture.

Place in the heated oil and deep fry for 2 minutes or until the calamari turns light brown.


Serve the calamari with lemon wedges.
