Fig Brûlée

Looking for a simple, bite-sized dessert that takes no time at all...oh, and is super tasty. Try this fig brûlée recipe. It's vegan, takes about a minute to make and is also quite healthy.

Ingredients

Fig 6 Large , halved
Sugar 6 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1. Cut the figs in halves.

2. Sprinkle sugar on top of the fig halves.

3. Using a blow torch, burn the sugar on top until they look caramelized.

SERVING

4. Serve by itself or with your favorite ice cream.
