Cibone is a new restaurant that just opened up on the West End of St. Croix in Frederiksted. They have a menu that changes daily based on what can be locally procurred. I got the chance to sit down with Chef Lamar and learn about his passion for food and local culture. This is representated in the food that is thoughtfully prepared at Cibone. For a lovely sunday brunch, I enjoyed a fresh lobster omelette, caught that very morning!
