Peanut Butter Cookies

Basic cookie mix 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Eggs 2
Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Natural peanut butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Chunky Style)



1) Preheat oven to 375 degree.

2) Prepare the baking sheets by greasing.


3) In a large bowl, add Basic Cookie Mix with eggs, vanilla, and peanut butter.

4) Thoroughly blend to a smooth mixture.

5) Place heaping spoonful of batter on the baking sheets, keeping around 2-inches spaces.

6) Flatten the top of the dropped batter, with the fork tines.

7) Place the baking sheets in oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until edges begin to brown.

8) Slightly cool the cookies by keeping them on the baking sheets.


9) Serve the cookies along with hot or cold beverage.


These can be frozen after baking.
