How to make Compound Butter

Making your compound butter is so easy, you will never go back to normal butter.


Butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (At room temperature)
Roasted garlic 2 Teaspoon
Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon



1. Take softened butter in a big bowl.

2. Add roasted garlic and parsley and mix well.

3. Dump the butter on a parchment paper or wax paper.

4. Roll the butter in a log and place it in the refrigerator until it chills completely.



5. Slice and use it to make garlic bread or scrambled egg.
