12 DIY Bacon Recipe Taste Off! Which Bacon Is Best?

As we homecure bacon and try different recipes and methods we needed to taste 12 different homemade bacon recipes to try and determine which we liked best and where to go next on our bacon adventure.
In this tasting we are looking at dry cure bacon, brine cure bacon, and wet cure bacon (or bag cure bacon). Some was cold smoked bacon in our homebuilt cold smoker, and some was green bacon or unsmoked bacon.
