This recipe is great because it is such an easy recipe to throw together. The hardest part about it is scrambling the egg.
|Deli turkey slices||6|
|Provolone cheese slice||2|
|Salt and pepper||To Taste|
|For thyme mayo|
|Fresh thyme leaves||1/4 Teaspoon|
1.For thyme mayo in a small owl, mix together mayo and thyme.
2.Spread an even layer of mayo on the inside of croissants.
3.In a pan, break the eggs over medium heat and season with salt and pepper. Scramble the egg until cooked.
4.Top the croissants with the turkey, provolone and scrambled egg.
5.Serve with fresh fruit juice.
