Ingredients

Boneless pork chops 2 Pound (about 6)
Meat tenderizer To Taste
Cheese crackers 1/3 Box (1/4
Butter stick/Margarine 1
Freshly chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Rubbed sage 1/2 Teaspoon
Rosemary 1/2 Teaspoon , rub
Thyme 1/2 Teaspoon , rub
Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Cooking oil spray 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Grease a baking dish with cooking oil and set aside.

2. Preheat oven to 375 degree F.

MAKING

3. Sprinkle meat tenderizer on both sides of chop and set aside.

4. In 1 gallon zip-lock plastic bag, place cheese cracker, seal and using a rolling pin crush until they are very fine (almost as fine as cornmeal).

5. Open the bag and add chopped parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme. Seal the bag and shake well.

6. In a saucepan, melt butter and set aside to cool.

7. Dip each chop into the melted butter and then into the bag with cracker mix. Shake the bag to coat well.

8. Take meat out of the bag and place into the greased baking dish. Sprinkle leftover cracker mixture on top. If you have any leftover melted butter or margarine, drizzle it over the top, as well.

9. Sprinkle fresh black pepper and pop the baking dish in oven. Bake for 35 minutes. Test for doneness, by using a knife to cut into the middle of the thickest pork chop. If the meat is white (not pink at all), then it is done.

SERVING

10. Serve immediately with mashed potato and enjoy!
