Healthier Chicken And Vegetable Casserole

Chicken casserole is a great option when it comes to heavy and filling dinners! I love the exotic taste of this recipe and so would be prepared almost every weekend! Here comes one such recipe!


Skinless boneless chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs) , chopped
Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
Frozen peas 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Corn 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Broccoli 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Eggs 3 Small
Whole wheat flour 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Skimmed milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Low calorie oil 2 Tablespoon
Low fat low sodium mozzarella cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Italian seasoning 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste



1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Mix peas, corn, broccoli and chicken together in a large bowl.


3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, olive oil, Italian seasoning and flour until well mixed. Add salt and pepper to the mixture.

4. In a big bowl mix everything.

5. Pour the mixture into casserole greased with oil and sprinkle mozzarella on top.

6. Bake the casserole for 1 hour.


7. Serve hot.
