Sun dried tomatoes | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , sliced | |
Pine nuts | 3 Tablespoon | |
Parmesan | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , shredded | |
Goat cheese | 2 Ounce , crumbled |
GETTING READY
1. preheat the oven to 375F.
MAKING
2. On the pastry puff, spread pesto evenly. Over the pesto add the sliced sun dried tomatoes, pine nuts, Parmesan, and goat cheese.
3. Starting from one of the edges and fold it in firmly. When halfway done, start rolling from the other edge until you reach the center. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
4. Using a serrated knife cut into 1 inch thick slices. Bake at 375F for 15 to 17 minutes.
SERVING
5. Serve with your choice of dip.
