These are traditional Swedish Chokladbollar (Chocolate Balls) which are practically found everywhere. Youll spot them in all cafés and supermarkets, definitely an iconic snack around here.
While doing research about this snack, I found out theyre so easy to make that you wont want to buy them at the shop anymore. My friends here loved them so much since my first tryout that Ive prepared them at least 3 times just to get the chance to take a nice picture before theyre gone.

Oats 95 Gram
Cold butter 70 Gram
Honey/Refined sugar 3 Tablespoon
Unsweetened cocoa powder 2 Tablespoon
For coating
Coconut flakes/Sugar pearls 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (As needed)

1. Cut the butter into small cubes. Set aside.

2. In a deep bowl, combine the cocoa powder and oats.

3. Add the butter cubes and honey and mix. Use a spoon to start mixing and then finish with your hands(You’ll have to press and squeeze the mixture so that all ingredients are very well integrated).

4. Make small chocolate balls using your hands and roll them over the coconut powder or sugar pearls to create the coating.

5. Refrigerate until the balls have hardened.

6. Serve as a sweet snack.

With a nice wrapping or presentation these chocolate balls would make a really cute gift.
