Some people think that you're trying to hide the wine in a sangria... Not true. Since wine is the largest component, and brings a lot of flavor to the punch - You should choose a great wine that you would drink on it's own.

Orange juiced | 1 Large | |
Juice of lemon | 1 Large | |
Orange | 1 , thinly sliced | |
Lemon | 1 , thinly sliced | |
Peaches | 2 , cut into chunks | |
Soda water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 ml) |
MAKING
1. In a large serving pitcher, combine red wine, sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, orange slice, lemon slice, and peach slice. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
SERVING
2. Pour in the club soda just before serving to give the sangria a bit of fizz and enjoy!
