Betty's Strawberry Sherbet Fizz -- Mother's Day

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Strawberry Sherbet Fizz. This is a drink for our Mother's Day Table. It is colorful and luscious!


Sherbet 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (a large scoop, of your choice)
Fresh strawberries 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , rinsed, dried and sliced
Ginger ale 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (as needed or you may use 7
For garnish
Mint sprig 1
Strawberry 1 , split



1. Into a stemmed glass, place a large scoop of sherbet.

2. Top with sliced strawberries and pour chilled ginger ale (or champagne).

3. Garnish with mint sprig and strawberry.


4. Serve immediately and enjoy!


If you like strawberry juice then sprinkle some sugar on sliced strawberry and set aside for a few hours.
